RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in error. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.

REPLACEMENTS

(BOOKS/DISCIPLESHIP MATERIALS)

In order to receive a replacement, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Replacements will only be offered for damaged or incorrect goods. (Incorrect goods do not include items that were accidentally or incorrectly ordered. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.)

You may be responsible to return the original item (in the same condition) before a replacement is sent.

In order to receive a replacement, you will need to provide us with your name, order/invoice number, and photo proof of defective materials.

REPRINTS

(CUSTOM PRINTING)

In order to receive a reprint, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery.

A reprint will only be offered for damaged or misprinted goods. (Misprinted items do not include typos, incorrect information that was approved, or design errors on any piece that we did not create. Please review proofs carefully before approving to print. GRACE TO GROW IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOFREADING.)

In order to receive a reprint, you will need to provide us with your name, order/invoice number, and photo proof of the issue on 25-30 pieces of the defective materials.

HOUSE CREDIT

In order to receive a house credit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A credit will only be offered for damaged or misprinted goods. (Misprinted items do not include typos/incorrect information that was approved or design errors on any piece we did not create. Please review proofs carefully before approving to print. GRACE TO GROW IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOFREADING.)

A full or partial credit may be offered for items that are not delivered within the agreed upon time, only if the items are unusable.

In order to receive a credit, you will need to provide us with your name, order number, and photo proof of defective materials.

REFUNDS

Refunds may only be granted for defective materials. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you feel that a replacement, reprint, or house credit for a defective order would not be acceptable.
